cemse el alto

In the Municipality of El Alto, CEMSE works with two Centers:

  • Tupac Amaru Center
  • Vicente Donoso Torrez Center

In 2005, the Municipal Autonomous Government of El Alto after a selection process handed over to the CEMSE in Delegated Administration the Juan José Torrez Pedagogical Resource Center, which later by means of Municipal Ordinance No. 020/2006 changed its name to CRP Tupac Amaru; In 2014, the CRP Vicente Donoso was handed over to CEMSE so that it could work under the same conditions as in Tupac Amaru; There is an Interinstitutional Cooperation Agreement between GAMEA and CEMSE that was ratified by the Municipal Council of El Alto through Municipal Law 268. To date, CEMSE is the only institution that has managed to operate 2 of the 13 CRPs built by the Municipal Autonomous Government of El Alto (GAMEA)
